How the Platform Works

  • Enter the LEAD 2025 virtual platform by clicking the red “Dow SSO Login” button at the top of this page.
  • At the start of each you will join all attendees for our interactive live broadcast in the Auditorium are of the platform.
  • Following each day of live webinars, the platform will be updated with on-demand replays for you to access whenever convenient.
  • Throughout 2025, pertinent leadership and company information will be added to the platform to create a concise library of leadership content.

How do I to log in and access LEAD 2025 virtual content?

  • After receiving your emailed invitation to attend the event you will have complete access to the LEAD 2025 Virtual Environment.
  • To access virtual content simply click the red “Dow SSO Login” button at the top of this page. This will then securely log you into the platform with your Dow credentials.

What to do I if log-in is unsuccessful?

If you receive an error when attempting to log in, please ensure you are following the following best practices:

  • You are using the Edge or Chrome browser.
  • You are not utilizing VPN.
  • You have refreshed the login page since your last log in.
  • If you have tried all the previous steps, please clear your internet browser cache and cookies, and attempt to log in again.
  • If you are still unable to log in please click the Support icon at the bottom left of this page or contact dow@getvfairs.io or fdowinv@dow.com.

How do I access virtual content from a mobile device?

  • The virtual event is mobile-friendly but is best experienced on your Dow workstation.
  • Your log in access to the LEAD virtual experience is managed through Single Sign On (SSO), therefore you will need to ensure your Microsoft Authenticator App is properly functioning.
  • If you require assistance troubleshooting login issues with the Authenticator app you will need to contact the Global Service Desk (GSD).

When will event replay content be available to stream on-demand?

On-demand replay content will be available on Monday, February 24th, 2025.

Will the networking sessions be available for replay?

No, networking sessions will not be available to replay within the platform.
